Fiber internet, solar power and security systems for Ilocos Norte
We run our own fiber network in Laoag City and Sarrat, and we install solar, CCTV and fire detection systems across the province. Every job is documented — site photos, checklists, material records and a written quotation before we start.
Figures as of September 2026, from our own network records.
Our fiber network today
What we do
Nine services, one crew. Most of our work is solar, fiber and CCTV — the rest we take on when we can do it properly.
Recent work, from our own records
These are real jobs — barangay, capacity and month as logged in our project system, not marketing numbers. Ask us for the site photos and checklists on any of them.

Where we work
Our fiber network serves Laoag City and Sarrat. Solar, CCTV, fire detection and network jobs we take across Laoag City, Sarrat, Bacarra, Piddig, Dingras and Solsona — and elsewhere in Ilocos Norte when the scope fits. Call to check your area.
How we run a job
MMY Engineering Services has worked out of Bacsil South, Laoag City since 2020 — solar first, then fiber, fire detection, CCTV and building electronics. Our workshop doubles as the training floor, so the interns who learn here end up on real installations with a mentor.
- Free site survey before any quotation
- Written material and labour breakdown
- Installation photo and GPS record on completion
- Client sign-off checklist at handover
- Signed service agreement with warranty terms
- Support number answered during business hours

Why clients stay with us
We're a local crew working on our own network and on our neighbours' roofs. That keeps the standard simple: do it right, write it down, and be reachable afterwards.
+63 954 485 9699We own the fiber network
Not a reseller. Our three stations in Laoag City and Sarrat, 34 NAP boxes and 74 active lines are ours to maintain — so faults get traced from the port, not from a support queue.
Every job is documented
Work-instruction checklists, GPS-tagged installation photos, material records and a signed service agreement. If something needs fixing two years later, we can see exactly what was installed.
Written quotation before we start
A free site survey first, then a printed breakdown of materials and labour. No verbal estimates, no surprise line items after the crew arrives.
We install what we design
The engineer who sizes your system is the one who signs it off on site — not a subcontracted crew working from a sketch.
You can reach a person
One number for both sales and service: +63 954 485 9699, answered during business hours and used for every job update.
Our own training programme
We train technicians here — nine short courses and thirty interns placed — so the crew on your installation has been taught on our standards.
Read our reviews where you can check them
We keep our client feedback public on our Facebook page — with names and dates — rather than anonymous quotes here. You're welcome to message past customers in your own barangay as well; we'll point you to installations near you.
